Is dental tourism in Vietnam safe?

Yes, at accredited clinics using certified materials and proper 3D imaging. We partner with KDA, which uses Straumann and Nobel Biocare implants, Ivoclar E.max porcelain, English-speaking dentists and on-site CBCT scanning. How much can I save?

Typically 65–80% versus US and Australian prices on implants, veneers and full-mouth work. For example, a single premium-brand implant with crown starts from about $1,500 in Vietnam versus about $4,500–4,800 in the US. Your exact price comes in a free written quote.

What materials do you use?

Only CE (EU) and FDA (US) certified brands: Straumann and Nobel Biocare implants, and Ivoclar E.max porcelain — the same brands used in clinics back home.

What warranty do I get?

Up to 35 years on premium Straumann and Nobel implants, 20 years to lifetime, depending on the veneer, and 5 years to lifetime, depending on the crown material — all in writing. The clinic also offers an online warranty lookup.

What if treatment fails or I have a problem at home?

You're covered. First, Ellie arranges a free video review with your treating dentist, and we send your full records and X-rays so a local dentist can handle any minor fix. How long is a typical trip?

Veneers and crowns are usually done in one 5–7 day trip. Implants are often one trip: where bone quality allows, a crown can be fitted within days (immediate loading); otherwise a temporary is placed and the final crown is fitted at a short follow-up visit or by your local dentist. How long does it take?

Treatment, including full-mouth work, is often completed in a few days, from the first X-ray to the final fitting. Implant patients usually plan one trip of around 5–7 days, and many finish in just a few days. The dentist confirms the timeline after X-rays or a CT scan. The clinic offers appointments until 8 PM and on Sunday mornings.

Is aftercare included?

Yes. When you return, you get 18 months of free follow-up care at the clinic (check-ups, adjustments, X-rays, cleaning and scaling).

Do I need a visa?

US citizens currently enjoy 90-day visa-free entry. Australians typically need an e-visa, which we help arrange. Always check the latest official entry rules before you travel.

Do I pay VietSmile anything?
