A local fix, coordinated by us
For minor issues, we help you see a dentist near home and send your full records and X-rays so they can treat you with complete confidence in what was done.
Covered work, put right
If a covered warranty issue needs to be redone, KDA redoes it at no clinical charge on return — you cover only your travel. And if flying back isn't practical, we coordinate repair with a dentist near you and reimburse the reasonable cost, up to the value of your original treatment. You're never left stranded with the bill.
3. Fair & honest — keeping your warranty valid
A few simple, reasonable conditions, exactly as any quality dentist at home would expect:
- Attend a yearly dental check-up — free at KDA whenever you're back in Vietnam, or with your dentist at home
- Maintain good daily oral hygiene
- Wear a night guard if we recommend one for teeth-grinding
- Avoid smoking, which affects implant healing
Not covered: damage from accidents or trauma, untreated teeth-grinding where a guard was advised, and new unrelated medical conditions.

With veneers and smile makeovers, you approve the shape and shade at a try-in stage — before anything is permanently fixed. You leave happy, or we adjust at no charge. No surprises in the mirror.
