By using smilevietnamtravel.com and the VietSmile concierge service, you agree to these terms.

1. What VietSmile is — and isn't

VietSmile is a concierge and coordination service that connects patients from the US, Australia and elsewhere with our partner clinic, KDA International Dental Clinic, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

VietSmile is not a dental clinic or healthcare provider and does not give medical or dental advice. All treatment is carried out by the dentists at KDA.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices on this website are indicative. Quotes sent by us are estimates based on the photos, X-rays and information you share. The final price is set after your in-person consultation at the clinic, where additional needs (for example bone grafts, sinus lifts or extractions) may be identified.

3. Payment

You pay for dental treatment directly to KDA at the clinic. VietSmile does not collect treatment payments on KDA's behalf.

VietSmile charges patients no concierge fee. VietSmile is paid a commission by KDA and by the other clinics and providers we book on your behalf (for example hotels or transport).

4. Travel arrangements

You are responsible for your flights, passport, visa and travel insurance, and for checking current entry requirements for Vietnam. We can recommend hotels and arrange airport transfers; unless a written quote says otherwise, you book and pay for these directly with the provider.

5. Medical risk

All dental and medical procedures carry risks. No outcome is guaranteed and complications can occur even with good dentistry. Please discuss your plans with your own dentist or doctor before travelling, and take out travel insurance that includes medical cover. Warranties on dental work are those set out in our guarantee and in your treatment agreement with KDA.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VietSmile does not take payments from patients, and its liability is limited accordingly. We are not responsible for clinical outcomes (KDA is responsible for treatment), travel disruptions, or failures of third-party providers such as hotels, airlines or transport.

8. Website content

The text, design and logo on this website belong to VietSmile or are used with permission. Please don't republish them without written permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We always aim to resolve any concern informally first.
