VietSmile ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use smilevietnamtravel.com or contact us, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and country, which you give us through the quote form, email or WhatsApp.
• Treatment information — the treatment you are interested in, and any X-rays, photos, travel dates or medical history you choose to send so we can prepare a quote.
• Website usage data — pages visited, referring site, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and whether you submitted the quote form or clicked a WhatsApp link. This is collected with Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies.

2. How we use it

• To prepare and send your personalised treatment quote
• To coordinate appointments and travel logistics with our partner clinic, KDA International Dental Clinic, if you go ahead
• To answer your questions by email, WhatsApp or phone
• To understand how the website is used and improve it

3. Who we share it with

We share treatment-related information only with KDA International Dental Clinic in Ho Chi Minh City, to prepare your quote and treatment plan. We also use service providers to run this website: Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (delivering quote-form messages to us), Google (Analytics and email) and WhatsApp (messaging).

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your contact details with advertisers.

4. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and treatment-coordination records for as long as needed to provide quotes, support your treatment and handle warranty follow-ups. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to any medical-record retention the clinic is legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

7. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. International transfers

Our partner clinic is in Vietnam and our service providers operate internationally. By contacting us, you understand that your information will be processed in Vietnam and other countries where those providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
