Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version: VietSmile charges patients no fee and takes no payments from you, so there is nothing to refund from us. You pay the clinic (and any hotel or transport provider) directly, and refunds follow their policies.

No VietSmile fees

Our concierge service is free for patients. VietSmile is paid a commission by KDA and other partner clinics and providers; see our Terms of Service.

Treatment payments and refunds

Dental treatment is paid directly to KDA International Dental Clinic (or the clinic treating you). Any deposit, refund or cancellation charge for treatment is between you and the clinic and follows the clinic's own policy and the treatment agreement you sign. As a general rule, clinics charge only for work already carried out. We are happy to help you raise any question with the clinic.

Hotels, flights and transport

Bookings you make, or that we make in your name, with hotels, airlines or transport providers are paid to and refunded by those providers under their own terms.

Warranties

Warranties on implants, veneers and crowns are explained on our guarantee page. If a problem appears after you return home, message us on WhatsApp and we coordinate the claim with KDA for you.

Cancelling or rescheduling your trip

Tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by email. We will contact the clinic and any providers we booked for you and help you claim whatever refunds their policies allow, including in a medical emergency.
